The hotel room didn't look anything like the pictures shown in the app; it was much older and not as nice as expected. The beds were small and extremely hard, making it uncomfortable. On the bright side, the room had nice amenities and was clean, and the staff were polite. The bathroom was tiny, and the overall space was so compact that we had to maneuver around our luggage.
